Specially designed and high pressure of Marine Deck Unit

The marine deck unit is specially designed for marine installations for air conditioning. Deck Unit is combined with AHU and CU (Condensing Unit) mounted under the AHU. All operation of the unit including start/stop and adjustment of set points can be done via the control panel and control equipment itself. The control panel is located on the deck unit under the AHU or beside the unit in the AC room. After connection to cooling water and power supply, the unit is ready for operation. Because of the good material quality it can be placed almost anywhere.
The deck unit is made for plug and play installation, all internal piping, valves and wiring are installed from the factory, resulting in low installations costs.

High-quality components are provided to ensure a reliable and safe system. The following components are included in a normal plant: Filter drier, ball valve for liquid line, sight glass, solenoid valve, expansion valve, liquid separator, interior junction cable, thermostat for running control.
COILS: CU pipes with AL fins and galvanized steel frame.
CASING MATERIAL: external and internal: ALU/ZINC coated steel sheets.
OTHER MATERIALS: coils, cassing and frames are available.
COMPRESSOR
Semi-hermatic reciprocating with crank case heater, integral oil pump and integral safety valve. Capacity regulating is actuated automatically.
CONDENSER
Shell and tube type, with suction/heat exchanger. The deck unit can be delivered with a wide range of options for example:

Condenser : Seawater – Fresh water
