■ Display and PLC control system
Since many electrical products and operation display on the ship have been discontinued, it is impossible to replace the corresponding spare parts at present. All the discontinued electrical elements must be upgraded. Especially the display screen and PLC module with software must be reprogrammed based on the existing electrical diagram on the ship. We provide upgrades for all marine air conditioning and refrigeration control systems, Such as York’s and Novenco’s operating system.
■ Electrical switchboards replacement
This is dependent entirely on what type of switchboard your have. Some control lines inside the switchboards have been changed by crew in a mess that it cannot be restored to the original control system. And Most of the electrical components in the switchboard are slightly damaged due to circuit failure, they are no longer worth repairing. At this time, it is much more cost-effective to replace a new switchboards than to repair it on site.
