Description

Coaxial Sleeve Heat Exchanger is suitable for various refrigerants such as R22, R134A, R32, R290, R407c, R410a etc. The inner tube adopts a special high-efficiency tube and a compact coiled structure of coiled tubes to improve the heat transfer efficiency. The high-efficiency pipe is coiled on the inner cylinder body in a spiral line type, the outer side of the high-efficiency pipe is tightly sleeved with the outer cylinder body, and cold and hot fluids flow along the spiral line and exchange heat in gaps between the inner side of the inner pipe and the inner and outer sleeves respectively.

The multi-threaded structure of the inner tube of the coaxial Sleeve heat exchanger is very suitable for heat pump systems due to its good heat exchange efficiency, low pressure loss, and good oil return characteristics when used as an evaporator. For water/ground source heat pump units, heat pump water heaters and marine heat exchangers, etc.

1. The spiral tube can increase the heat exchange area by changing the length, and the water and refrigerant flow around the entire spiral inner tube, which improves the heat exchange performance.
2. The turbulent flow of water and refrigerant in the spiral tube inhibits the deposition of fouling on the surface, making the heat exchanger highly efficient, compact and with good anti-fouling characteristics.
3. The reverse flow of water and refrigerant makes the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger better.
4. The inner tube of the product can be made of red copper tube, copper-nickel alloy tube, stainless steel tube and titanium tube, which can be widely used in heat exchangers of different media.

1. Material of outer tube of coaxial casing heat exchanger: red copper (T2), stainless steel 304, steel pipe (SPCC).
2. Inner tube material of coaxial casing heat exchanger: red copper (TP2M) nickel cupronickel, stainless steel 304/316 titanium tube.
