The method of Disassembly refrigeration compressor was as the following: (Although the disassembly and assembly process of various piston refrigeration compressors are basically similar, due to different structures, the disassembly and assembly steps and requirements are also slightly different.)
✷ Remove the cylinder head and exhaust valve.
✷ Remove crankcase side cover.
✷ Remove the piston rod assembly.
✷ Remove Oil Filter and Oil Pump Components.
✷ Remove the suction filter.
✷ Remove the rear bearing housing.
✷ Remove crankshaft.
✷ Remove the front bearing housing.
Compressor assembly:
✷ Assembly the front bearing housing.
✷ Assembly the crankshaft.
✷ Assembly the rear bearing housing.
✷ Assembly the oil pump.
✷ Assembly the oil filter.
✷ Assembly the piston rod assembly.
✷ Assembly the valve plate.
✷ Assembly the cylinder head.
✷ Assembly the Crankcase side cover.
