Description
Brazed plate heat exchanger is composed of front and rear plates, plates, joints and copper foil. The copper foil is melted in a vacuum furnace, and the molten copper liquid flows between the narrow gaps of the heat exchanger by using the siphon principle, and the brazing is formed after cooling.
The brazing material seals and holds the plates together at the point of contact, ensuring efficient heat transfer and pressure resistance are optimized. Using advanced design techniques and extensive validation ensures the highest performance and longest service life. Different pressure ranges are available for various needs. Asymmetric channels optimize efficiency in the most compact designs. less coolant usage Based on standard components and a modular concept, each unit is custom-made to meet every specific requirements for separate installations.Compatible with most HFC, HFO and natural coolants.
The production process of brazed plate heat exchanger mainly includes:
A. Raw Material Reserve
B. Plate Pressing
C. End Plate Pressing
D. Stacking Compaction
E. Vacuum Furnace Brazing
F. Leak Test
G. Pressure Test and Other Processes.
