Description
The high temperature air cooler is suitable for cold storage of above 0°C to store fish, fruits, dairy products, bean products, eggs and other non-freezing food. It is widely used in the cold storage of ships.
The low temperature air cooler is suitable for cold storage of below 0°C to store fish, meat, poultry and other meat food and freeze ice brick, reagent, import and export food etc.
Features
■ Coil : designed with the Latest smart circuitry. It allows maximum mass flow rate of refrigerant to be evenly distributed throughout the evaporator, maximizing coil efficiency thus providing higher efficiency and capacity with a smaller physical unit cooler dimension.
■ Copper Tubes: Inner Groove Tube (IGT) increases the internal coil surface, having a low oil film coefficient thus providing higher efficiency and capacity.
■ Casing: comes in high quality powder coated Aluminum. Centre plates are built in to enhance air side performance and structural strength for models with 2 or more fans.
■ Fins are produced from high-grade Aluminum with Double Sine Wave Pattern and Rippled Fin Edges to provide higher heat transfer efficiency.
■ Fans with aluminum fan blades, fitted with robust epoxy coated fan guards in anti-vibration mountings. Motors are equipped with a thermal safety device built in the windings, connected to separate terminals in the terminal box. This safety device can therefore be integrated into the control circuit. The electrical control should be arranged preferably with a manual reset device in order to prevent continuous on/off switching (tripping) of the motors.
■ Fitted with hinged drip tray for easy access.
■ Available with electric defrost in coil and driptray.
■ Optional with valve board suitable for refrigerants R22, R404A,R507, R134a,R407C or R 410a.
■ Equipped with Schrader valve on the suction connection for testing purposes.
■ Stickers indicate fan direction and refrigerant in/out.
